Mint Recursive Sub-processor List

1. Purpose

This list identifies the third parties that MINDAI PTE. LTD. ("Mindai") engages to process Personal Data on behalf of customers in connection with the Mint Recursive Service. It is referenced by, and forms part of, the Mint Recursive Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), the Mint Recursive Privacy Policy, and the Mint Recursive Security and Compliance Whitepaper.

2. How This List Is Maintained

Mindai keeps this list current. When Mindai adds or replaces a Sub-processor, it updates this list and notifies customers through the Mint Recursive console, customer portal, or email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, in accordance with Section 6 of the DPA. A shorter notice period may apply where needed to address a security, legal, or operational issue, in which case Mindai will inform customers as soon as practicable.

3. Customer Rights

Customers may object to a new Sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, as set out in Section 6.4 of the DPA. The current list is available through the Mint Recursive customer portal or on request at contact@mindlab.ltd.
